Director
Rob is a Registered Builder and the company Director. Rob’s passion for construction began during his years as a carpenter and grew as he sought to master the entire building process.
Mentored by one of Melbourne’s top builders, known for high-end architectural renovations and extensions, Rob developed a keen eye for detail and a talent for managing complex projects.
He loves working closely with clients, understanding their vision, and collaborating to create unique spaces that meet the clients needs.
What truly drives him, though, is the ability to bring ideas to life - transforming raw materials into spaces where people live, work, and thrive. He loves the creative challenges of problem-solving and finds immense satisfaction in seeing a project evolve from concept to completion.
Lisa Lawrence
Office Manager
Lisa is our Office Manager and the driving force behind our seamless operations. With over 20 years of administrative expertise, she keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring our team and clients are always supported.
Having built multiple homes herself, Lisa understands firsthand how important it is to keep clients informed and involved throughout the process. She recently designed her family's new home near Bannockburn, Victoria, as well as their previous home in Eltham, Victoria. While she’s not a designer by trade, her passion for home design goes beyond aesthetics – she knows that a truly great space must function effortlessly. That’s why Transcend Homes only partners with designers who share this philosophy.
Lisa is committed to open, honest communication – helping ensure every project results in not just a house, but a joyful, functional home.
